This out-of-this-world green smoothie comes to us from Stephani at In Fine Fettle. This recipe will make about 2 servings. If you’re looking for some healthy fat and an extra creamy smoothie, Stephani recommends adding a dash of full-fat coconut milk.
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 2-3 large handfuls fresh spinach
- 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 Skoop of Healthy Skoop Daily Greens Blend - Sweetgreens flavor
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Add water as needed to thin it out and help it blend smoothly.
