1. Toast the Oats (be careful they burn quickly if you're not watching closely!)
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Melt the unsw. chocolate and add the brown rice syrup and almond butter to make a smoothly combined mixture (still on the burner to melt them all together)
4. Mix the wet with the dry ingredients. Press in glass square pan (no need to grease pan). Cool and cut into whatever size bar you want! (I use press n' seal to package my little bars for on the go and to keep in my bike jersey pockets)

1. C. Quick Cooking Oats (if you have time toast @350)
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melt in double boiler, or slowly on low heat)
