Superfood Smoothie Bowl - Vegan & Gluten Free
- 1/2 frozen banana (50g)
- 1-2 cups spinach (30-40g)
- 1/2 avocado (75g)
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop Healthy Skoop Daily Greens Blend
- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds
- Chia seeds
- Nut butter
- Fresh berries
Makes 1 Serving
1. Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie bowl to a blender and blend until smooth. The consistency should be thicker than a smoothie. Remember, you’ll be eating this with a spoon!
2. Transfer to a bowl.
