Ingredients:
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg, whipped
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 2 tbs Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla almondmilk
- 1 scoop Healthy Skoop Breakfast Protein, Chocolate.
Directions:
Whip together ingredients and cook in pan with your preferred oil (I use nonfat cooking spray) using 1/8 measuring cup to scoop batter. 1 serving yields 5 pancakes.
