SKOOPTASTIC 3 SMART POINT PANCAKES

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, whipped
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla almondmilk
  • 1 scoop Healthy Skoop Breakfast Protein, Chocolate.

Directions:

Whip together ingredients and cook in pan with your preferred oil (I use nonfat cooking spray) using 1/8 measuring cup to scoop batter.  1 serving yields 5 pancakes.

This is a 3 Smart Point meal for those who use Weight Watchers.
