Morning Boost Almond Joy Smoothie
- 1 Small-Medium Frozen Banana
- 1 C. Almond Milk (Or Coconut if you prefer)
- 1 TBSP UnSweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 Small palm full of Almonds (around 8-10)
- 1 Heaping handful of Spinich
- 1 Healthy Skoop B-Strong Protein Powder, Choco-lot Protein
Blend all together and enjoy :)
