Chocolate Banana Baked Oatmeal

Directions:

-Preheat the oven to 375F

-Shake together the milk and Healthy Skoop B-Strong Choco-lot Protein Powder until thoroughly mixed.

-In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, cinnamon, and baking powder.

-In a separate bowl, mix together the protein-milk mixture, applesauce, and maple syrup.

-Pour the liquid mixture over the oats and mix until combined.

-Oil a 9x13 pan and pour the mixture in and spread evenly.

-Place banana over the top in a single, even layer then sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Firmly pat down the toppings down with a spatula.

-Bake for about 40 minutes until the center is firm.

-Serve cold with a dollop of yogurt, or reheat and pour milk over it to enjoy warm.
