B-Strong Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup of raw oats
- 3 scoops of Healthy Skoop B-Strong, choco-lot protein powder
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- 4 dates
- 1/3 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup of shredded coconut
- 4 Tablespoons of almond butter
- 1/4 cup of coconut almond milk
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a food processor, roll into small balls or bars and enjoy!
*If mixture is too dry, add a bit more almond milk or water to bind
